Shipping policy

We take great care in delivering your products to you through reputed courier service providers like Blue dart, Delhivery, Amazon Shipping etc. All the products are shipped from our playwin store alapuzha kerala. If you believe that the packaging of the product is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call us on +91 6309374712. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Shipping Charges:

For all Prepaid orders there are no shipping charges

We charge Rs. 200/- for all COD orders.

Shipping Locations:

We deliver the products across all locations in India. Playwin store doesn’t ship items internationally. However, you are invited to make purchases on the website from anywhere in the world at the same time ensuring the Shipping Address is within India.

Shipping Time:

We make every effort to process your order within 3-6 working days from the day it is placed. In case your order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you to inform the same.

Once the order is shipped it normally takes 2-4 working days for delivery in major metro cities. For other locations however, the delivery may take few extra days. For certain remote geographies the time for delivery may even exceed 7 days. 

We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your order by reaching out to us at [email protected] or by using our live chat on the website, this can only be done before the order has been shipped. If you want to edit your order we will not be able to change anything once shipped. For changes in the order before it has been shipped, please call us directly on the number and we will see if we can work it out for you.
