Refund policy

We want your experience with playwinstore.com to be as perfect as possible. We understand that occasionally you may have to return something to us for a variety of reasons and to make it easier, we have a no-hassle 7 day return and exchange policy from the day of receiving the order. If the item you receive is not right, whatever the reason, return it to us within 7 days and we will promptly refund your money within 10 days or exchange it for something else. For a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition.

For all exchanges or replacements, once the original order is received at the warehouse it goes through quality check and then we will proceed with the dispatch of the exchange/replacement product. We understand that returning items can be a hassle. You have the option to use your preferred courier service to send the goods back, or if you’d like us to arrange for a pick-up we can also do the needful. We strongly recommend that you use an insured and recorded delivery service for returns and retain your proof of sending, as we will not accept responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged in transit.

Below are few extra details to keep in mind, to make sure you get your refund:

To expedite the resolution process in the unfortunate event of a damaged product or if you receive the wrong item, we kindly request our customers to take an unboxing video without pausing. This continuous video footage will greatly assist us in conducting a thorough investigation.

Playwin store reserves the right to request additional information and may reject a claim if the provided video does not meet the specified criteria. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines for a prompt and fair resolution.

 RACKETS: Rackets must be returned completely unused and must have the plastic wrap on the handle and cannot have any ball fuzz on the strings or scrapes on the bumper guard. Please ensure the MRP tag is enclosed within the package.

 SHOES: Shoes must be in brand new condition. Please ensure the MRP tag is enclosed within the package. You should use the same box your shoes were shipped in to return them.

 APPARELS: Apparel items must be returned unworn and unwashed with the original tags still attached.

 ACCESSORIES: Bags, Strings and Accessories must be returned unused and with their original package and labels.

Playwin store.com reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened or the product looks used and is not in its original packaging. For all refunds, we will refund the amount to same mode of payment as used during checkout.

Please contact our customer service personnel before going ahead with any return. We will guide you regarding the rules, applicability, process and logistics. Customers need to produce the original invoice and the items should be returned in their original packaging.
